All personal information collected on this website by Sam and Company Jewelers will be utilized exclusively for internal purposes. We may use e-mail addresses or other personally identifiable information to contact visitors who directly communicate with Sam and Company Jewelers and only on visitor's explicit request.
We ask for your credit card information and security codes only to facilitate the current purchase you are making. Your credit card purchase is verified by Bank of America’s Merchant Services Division, therefore Sam and Company Jewelers does not have access to your personal credit card information.
Sam and Company Jewelers accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
We will gladly accept money orders and certified bank checks. Due to the increased fraudulent activity, Sam and Company Jewelers will not accept personal checks at this time. If you wish to pay via money order, cashier check, or certified bank check please call (800) 635-9392 and ask to place an order with a check payment. After an order is placed, you will receive an order number. Please include your order number with your payment. You should always include your name, address, phone number, and email address when corresponding with Sam and Company Jewelers. This helps us speed up the order process and ensures that the merchandise is shipped out faster to you.
Standard Florida State Sales tax of 6.5% applies to all Florida orders. Orders to all other locations are not subject to sales tax.
We are not an authorized Rolex dealer and are in no way affiliated with Rolex USA. We receive all of our jewelry and watches from authorized dealers and/or distributors. All of our merchandise is brand new and authentic with all original parts. This includes the manufacturers box with all tags and documents. We do not sell refurbished, returns or replicated items. Any merchandise that comes with a manufacturer-supplied serial number will retain that serial number. We do not sell merchandise with removed serial numbers. At Sam and Company Jewelers, we do not have the pricing boundaries that are placed on authorized dealers and therefore we are able to present the exact same merchandise at a very competitive price. Due to the fact that we are not affiliated with some manufacturers and we are not authorized dealers, we offer our own warranty.
Every item purchased through Sam and Company Jewelers comes with a warranty. Each item that is repaired through the warranty service is fixed by the Sam and Company Jewelers service center. Please note that your warranty will be voided if you choose to use another repair center instead of having your merchandise serviced by Sam and Company Jewelers. We do not offer a warranty on damage that results due to every day wear and tear. Our guarantee is a very important commitment that we promise to stand by, without any hassle on your part.
We will service any jewelry item for 1 year after purchase against manufacturers defects. A manufactures defect is defined by a break or crack interfering with the structural integrity of the mounting.
We will service any watch bought from us for 2 years after original purchase date. Some of our watches come with a 5 year warranty, this information will be stated on the item description page of the particular watch. Our warranty covers any defects in the movement that surfaces during the course of the specified warranty period, which is not caused by the wearer. This includes a watch that stops working, or does not function the way it should. Our warranty does not cover a watch being dropped and therefore is not working properly, broken crystals (glass face), dents, scratches, any cosmetic damage or breakage that occurs after the watch is received.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchase, you may return it within 30 days from when it was shipped for a full refund. The amount refunded will be the total cost of the original order minus any shipping charges. We do not refund the cost of shipping the merchandise to you, nor do we pay the shipping charges to return the item back to us. In addition, any promotional gifts received with the order must be returned with the merchandise. Failure to do this will result in a reduction of charges returned to you.
All returns must be filed before 30 days (of date we shipped order); after that time, Sam and Company Jewelers is no longer responsible.
All returns made to Sam and Company Jewelers must include a copy of the invoice and must be returned in the same condition as it was when received. All watches must have the original seal on the clasp in order to qualify for a refund. The return must include all original documents and tags that were included with the merchandise. Any item that has visible sign of wear, or is scratched in any way, or missing any of the original packaging, will be returned to the customer at the customers expense, and the refund will not be issued. In addition to this, we do not accept returns on any watch or ring that was sized, whether by Sam and Company Jewelers or by any other jeweler. Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the credit card used in the purchase, or if payment was made by bank check or money order, a check will be issued.
All returns must be inspected and approved by Sam and Company Jewelers before the return is finalized and credit is processed.
When sending merchandise back to us for return, please use a reliable service that is insured. Insurance and tracking are optional but highly recommended. If package is lost or damaged without insurance, Sam and Company Jewelers is not liable. Failure to follow the shipping instructions exactly will delay and/or void the 30-day return policy.
1. Contact Sam and Company Jewelers at (800) 635-9392 to get approval for the
return. We will issue a return authorization number that must appear clearly on
shipping label. Failure to do so will result in your package being refused and
sent back to you.
2. For Security reasons DO NOT write Sam and Company Jewelers on the
shipping label. Instead, please write S.C.J when addressing the label.
3. Return the merchandise with a copy of invoice and any original documents or
packaging to the location given to you by Sam and Company Jewelers.
4. Please allow us up to 3 days after receiving the package to process the return and issue the credit.
Sam and Company Jewelers will happily cover ground-shipping fees for every order. Every item we ship is fully insured. We offer free shipping only for the 48 contiguous states in the US. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are not included in the free shipping offer. Delivery time via UPS, FED EX, or USPS can range from 1 to 10 business days.
UPS, FED EX, and USPS does not deliver to P.O Boxes. Therefore, please do not submit these addresses in the shipping section of the checkout page. We simply cannot ship to these addresses. In the rare event that the shipping charges are much greater than those quoted to you by the website, we will contact you via email or phone notifying you of the extra charges prior to shipping out your item. Any extra charges to Sam and Company Jewelers by UPS, FED EX, or USPS will be charged to your credit card accordingly.
As a service to our troops serving outside of the country, we can ship to APOs via USPS. This might delay shipment for up to a week. We will do our best to get the package delivered as soon as possible.
Due to increased fraudulent activity we do not ship internationally at this time.
For your protection and ours, all of our packages require a signature for delivery. If no one is present to receive the package, your local driver will hold onto the package for a second and third delivery attempt. You may also arrange to pick up the package at your local UPS, FED EX, or USPS branch.
If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please use the toll-free number on the back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address", which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may cause a considerable delay in the processing of your order.
If an item is damaged when received, the insurance company must conduct an investigation. Please contact Sam and Company Jewelers to initiate an investigation within 3 business days of receiving the package. Do not dispose of the original shipping carton, as the insurer may want to inspect it.
Claims may take up to two weeks to process. When complete, a replacement item will be shipped out or if that item is no longer available, we will refund your payment. You can also use your payment towards another similar item.
When your order is received, please check it thoroughly. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible to make any necessary corrections.
